Słoneczny Młyn

There was already a watermill on the Brda River in Bydgoszcz’s Szretery in the mid-19th century, but it was not of much impor-tance at the time. It was not until it came into the possession of the Baerwald family, experienced managers, in 1892. They carried out a revolution in the Młyn and greatly expanded the facility. At one time it was even considered the most modern in Bydgoszcz!Between 2006 and 2008, the building underwent a major re-novation and was adapted into a service space for the „Słoneczny Młyn” hotel, with interiors reminiscent of the early 20th century style with Art Deco details and Art Nouveau elements.
